Steve Boggs serves as the Managing Shareholder at Grant, Millman & Johnson and has 34 years of experience in public accounting. In his role, Steve is in charge of the quality control monitoring of the Firm’s auditing and accounting practice. In addition, he specializes in providing services to closely held businesses and has substantial experience in auditing, including governmental agencies.

Steve is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Grant, Millman & Johnson, he spent 12 years as a Partner at another CPA firm. Steve strives to be a trusted advisor to his clients and provide support to keep them successful. He encourages his clients to never be afraid to ask questions.

An active member of the community, he has spent the last 15 years as a member St. Patrick Catholic Church Finance Council. Steve has been married for 32 years and has 2 children. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and boating.
