Mark Wagner is a Shareholder with Grant, Millman & Johnson and has more than 32 years of experience in public accounting. Mark joined the Firm 15 years ago and is in charge of the Firm’s auditing and accounting practice, and quality control monitoring process. He specializes in providing audit and accounting, consulting and tax services to privately held companies and family businesses. His background includes substantial experience in construction, manufacturing and service businesses.

He is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He also served as past chairman of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants membership committee. Before joining Grant, Millman & Johnson, Mark spent 17 years as a Senior Manager with a local CPA firm.

Mark partners with his clients to provide them personal attention and advice needed to understand how important their business and tax matters are to them. He encourages them to focus on the aspect of their business that they do best.

When he isn’t working, Mark is actively involved with the Novi Athletic Boosters and the Boy Scouts. He enjoys running and also serves as a soccer referee. Mark is married with 2 children.
